I've avoided eating steak in HK because it is either not cooked the way I like it or it's waaaaaay too expensive for a piece of meat. I've heard great things about Blue Butcher and finally had a chance to go with Nat and Hale. Because we weren't going to really look at the bill. Lol
We ordered bone marrow for appetizer. Then sirloin and rib eye to share. Bottle of malbec. Apple crumble for dessert.
It was good. Satisfied the steak craving. But it was the company which made the meal. There was a funny moment I'll always remember. I'm paraphrasing here... Hale's toast was: Let's thank him for being a douche or else we would've never met each other. Hahahahaha. Hahahahaha. Cheers!

I have no business blogging right now...
Or posting this photo. I think I'm doing this to shame myself into cleaning my desk. I'll have to anyway because I'm flying home in nine days!!!!!! Yes, nine! Yay!
I should be sleeping. I should be packing. I should be sleeping. But I'm blogging. Hahaha. I've been anticipating and dreading my departure for some time now. It's in single digits now (nine) and I am keeping myself really really busy so I don't waste time thinking about my departure. I'll have plenty of time to process and reflect when I catch up on all the blog entries. Later.
Well, let's get through tomorrow first. Moving out of my flat. Yep, moving out! I'll eventually get to my desk...
