I've avoided eating steak in HK because it is either not cooked the way I like it or it's waaaaaay too expensive for a piece of meat. I've heard great things about Blue Butcher and finally had a chance to go with Nat and Hale. Because we weren't going to really look at the bill. Lol
We ordered bone marrow for appetizer. Then sirloin and rib eye to share. Bottle of malbec. Apple crumble for dessert.
It was good. Satisfied the steak craving. But it was the company which made the meal. There was a funny moment I'll always remember. I'm paraphrasing here... Hale's toast was: Let's thank him for being a douche or else we would've never met each other. Hahahahaha. Hahahahaha. Cheers!
