Hainan chicken rice

It's a Singaporean dish, basically steamed chicken with oily white rice.  And different dipping sauce--ginger and green onion, sweet and spicy sauce, and soy sauce.  Man Wah is supposed to be one of the best places to get this in Hong Kong.  It was good, but I need to try the other places before saying anything else.  Stay tuned.
