Uh...is this the Chinese version of stepping?

I was walking to the train station after teaching a class on the main campus of Chinese University (CU).  Groups of students in matchy clothing...I couldn't tell what they were saying and couldn't read what's on their capes (lol).  Probably some sort of fraternity/sorority type organization, struttin' their stuff at the beginning of the year...

This is so "bring it on"...hahahahaha
